Whitener (8476) is better than this as Whitener has better brightness with beige under tone, I have used both but honestly Whitener 8476 result is better and new as L152 is old. If you can add one or two of your walls with double color of Whitener than that is coming our so great

And the most disturbing thing is the mouse and the big rats. In my office the mouse runs freely on the false ceiling. They sometimes die there. And there is nobody to remove the dead mouse. Most of the days after then we have to tolerate the bad odor of the dead mouse until it dries naturally completely.

There is another important point which you did not mention. That is danger of fire. False ceiling can catch fire. True ceiling never catches fire.
