omg Yas! this song is so needed to be played more!!! you gotta do this with the girls but for fun, have a little dance battle to this song jaja. like half girls in class join with other half of the girls in class and you be in the middle and they follow along best they can. be great time. try it next class and share when you can.

The Ladies in the back, the ones you can see aren't the "hip hop" kind of ladies....this morning class is an older group but the point is to get them out of their comfort zone to make them believe they can do anything within reason. most of these woman would never think they'd be doing hiphop moves but they enjoy it...they say.
