My 2c maybe go into a bit more detail around the type of food/flavours the restaurant is trying to portray. For example, some famous restaurants may offer heavier dishes and flavours which may not be those who have more delicate palates, etc etc. Why didn't you like it? No dishes had stand out flavours? etc etc
