I'm sorry I missed this. I do come to some reunions & present productions. Ian is just the same as ever in this interview. He accused me of being in love with him. No. However I'm just one of the many students he inspired. We love him. Richard Duployen actor/singer etc., Abingdon-on-Thames, Post-Graduate Course 1975-1976 and later Dancing course then later still Summer School. Fun with instruction. We used to go from one building to the other in the town. Now the Guildford School of Acting is at the University, in one site and with more space.

A beautiful woman and actress. Ah those shared flats of the seventies! I remember the basements! Good times though. She was compulsive viewing and I agree about writers being better then. Enjoyed the interview very much and great to see and hear her again. A very interesting life. I took the shorthand typing path and let me say you missed absolutely nothing. Watching Bouquet of Barbed Wire today again.

Wow! How gorgeous and sweet you are Susan ! Love you as Lucy Westenra in Count BBC 1977 and would love to hear your memories of working on that and with the director , Philip Saville. And also your memories of working with Frank Finlay on Count Dracula , as he's always been one of my favourite actors , along with Peter Cushing. And if you see this I'd love a signed photo of yourself! So please send to John Bleakley , 55 Exbury street , fallow field , MAR 6RF. Thanks sweetpea ❤️

A mature, well spoken woman. A real stunner in the 1970s. I'd put her up the top, along with Michelle Philips (of Mamas and Papas) and Debbi Harry (of 'Blondie.') Yes, and stunner Bridgette Bardot. These are my favourites.......you may disagree if you so choose! 'The Land That Time Forgot' has rightfully won its place as a cult film......evolution as now proven by Oxford Uni. Professor Richard Dawkins. Even The Modern Baptist Church (I'm not one) assure me science is a description of how God does his work.

I watched Peter in the 70's and 80's then he wasn't on much, but I saw him in the play M Butterfly in the 90s. I thought he was the best British actor in 40 years, but didn't get the roles or accolades he deserved. I wonder why, maybe the working class Irish heritage? Such a pity, such a wonderful, charismatic actor with the best diction.

The interviewer's restlessness seems to have a negative effect on Peter. In fact the proximity of the two and the close up shots all makes this an uncomfortable watch. Shame as he's such a great orator and it would have been nicer if he'd been given more space to tell his stories.

oh rosemary, what was that void in your pasty? The contents looked as dry as sawdust, and your contents chopped too big! The pastry much to thin. There was no butter put in to make a better gravy although it was seasoned well..back to the Cornish granny recipe book....B- grade I'm afraid

Hi Rosemary, Why did you say, "This is some of my books", instead of "These are some of my books"? I know I'm pedantic. However, may I ask why you didn't make a hole for the steam to escape? However, the pasties looked delicious. Kind regards, Robin.

The interviewer is making statements about Peter's life rather than asking or interviewing. Awkward anxious interviewer. Loved Peter's acting but he has an unapproachable air in person.

How wonderful! He taught me from 1976 - 1979 and we've remained in touch ever since, with always a card at Christmas containing one of his hand-written philosophies to help us through the vagaries of life. I wish I could have been there for the unveiling of the "Brenda bust" (!!), It looked like a wonderful day. Thank you, Ian. A privilege to know you, and have been taught by you. Kindest regards and Good bless Sara
