It should be returned based on crypto. If you had one bitcoin you should get one bitcoin back. It is the only fair way. Otherwise they keep the profits made on it and we get screwed

I get that they might not get "their" money back, I get that because of that, they can't return the crypto to their users all at once. Putting that aside, why can't they atleast make a plan to use some of their profits to start repaying back their earn user customers.

If the Winklevoss twins do not take care of the 340,000 EARN investors, their name is TRASH for the rest of their lives. That 61-100 % is from the BTC price in Jan 2023 which was $21,000. This means in reality it is less than 30 -50% since the price now is around 47k. Their phrase "Trust Through Transparency" is a joke since they have been dead silent for a over a year.

Unless the plan is making everyone whole by paying us back 100 percent of our funds it should be rejected. Not only should we be made 100 percent whole we should get all the back interest that gemini/genesis agreed too pay us when we signed up with earn.

Keep trying to email, I’ve heard some cases like this, sometimes it has to do with you logging in from another phone or another location and they are thinking you’re some hacker or something. Has happened to people outside of the earn program too but it sucks it usually goes through 4-5 emails to get it done

Thank god I pulled when I did bc I could have lost my whole bag to this I had just got a wallet and started transferring things from earn into my wallet but 1/3 did not ever make it and is now in (pending) thankfully it’s about 1800$ (now3k) but it still sucks. I’m afraid to accept the plan Incase it means I don’t get all my money back. I invested probably 3.5-5k and my Gemini tells me daily how much it’s grown since then and it kills me. The cryptos I bought back then would have me at like 5k profit, which is exactly how much student loan debt I have. If I can get my initial investment back without gains, I’d be upset but still happy. Best case scenario i got 10k coming my way in February, and if that’s the case, I wouldn’t need to sell my new car I got 6 months ago just to pay off my loans. I’m also missing like $1.5k from the IRS cus some asshole stole my check and forged my signature. I have a lot of money missing that could change my life right now. Like if I got all this money back, I would be able to hold on to all the new crypto I’ve purchased since this whole fiasco. Without selling early. That could afford me to be debt free, keep my car, and go back to school without needing loans this time.

From what I read at the final pages the proposal was 73%-100% return from 2023 crypto prices. I'm still digging through it, but is this correct. I originally thought they said only 61%-100% of GUSD be returned and BTC, ETH, ALT COINS will not be returned.

The crypto coins will not be returned. What will be reimbursed is a percent of the value of the cryptocurrency at the time Genesis filed for bankruptcy on January 2023. E.g., suppose you had ONE BTC, on January 2023 that ONE BTC had a value of 21K. Suppose you get 100% "reimbursement." What is being reimbursed is the VALUE OF BTC ON JANUARY 2023 WHICH WAS $21K. THEY ARE KEEPING YOUR BTC WHICH IS NOW WORTH $44K WITH A POTENTIAL WORTH OF HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. This is not in THIS video which is a kind of controlled opposition favoring Gemini Trust Co. VOTE NO. The people most impacted were the ones who used this as a savings account. Gemini claimed that their earn feature was easy to use and was heavily advertised as an alternative to a banks interest rate. Voting yes to this plan would help get things over with, but for an unsure recovery rate? Idk how we can vote not knowing what we will actually get back. We were deceived, I believe we should have everything returned to us in kind. Anything else or anything less is unacceptable.
