Very good advice! I appreciate your video blog.. yes, take a five minute vacation in screwville guys, it'll be rewarding in the end. DON'T LET YOUR NAVINAR FALL APARTMENT.. as Navi owners we're responsible for the longevity of our economical moto.

I’ll be buying my second 1100 DCT tomorrow. This one will be the touring model and instead of a 2022 it’s a 2023. My favorite color black. I’m 5 ‘1 and a chick. It’s a fantastic bike. My Husband who is 6 foot and a Harley rider loves these bikes. Id say it’s not comfortable for a back seat rider. But I’m also not into riding back anymore. Ride Safe Everyone

Does the navi feel weird after riding the rebel for a while? like it feels lighter than when you first riden it and unfamiliar. I, too, started with a navi before moving up to a rebel 500 recently, and then re-learning shift controls the hard way 2 years after learning it from mfc.
@navimaclife

Oh hell ya does the Navi feel different lol. First off, the Navi feels like it weighs 50 pounds now lol. And the way you sit on the Navj feels awkward as oppose to the Rebel 1100. Thanks for watching!

I used to use premium gas on mine until i realized that it didn't really benefit it at all. It all comes down to which gas station you go to that has better additives to it. For me, I use Chevron 87 gas, and when compared to the cheapest gas station, I got more mileage on it. From what I hear, ethanol-free gas is far better if not healthier for your carburetor, depending on where you live for its availability.
@navimaclife
@navimaclife Күн бұрын
Yes ethanol free is better but I’m not going out of my way for it. I’ve heard both arguments about the regular or premium. A scooter shop near me said to only use premium because it’s cleaner and less “junk/contaniments” will get in your carb or jet. Thanks for watching the Channel! 🤘🏼

I'll say Navi, Navy, Neevie, Nova, Nighver.. who gives a damn .. You don't call the shots.. Honda calls the shots and they're not complaining, you soft emotional cotton ball you. I'm not waisting any money on after market rip-offs. You don't need it, the bike will run just fine without all the after market bull5hit. Don't listen to this paid propaganda figure.. Save your money guys, and you will need it for something more important down the line. Life is unpredictable remember that.

What’s your thoughts on your mirrors? I like the look compared to stock. Can you see rear traffic as good as the top mounted mirrors? Do you possibly have a link to them?
@navimaclife

I don’t necessarily hate the OEM mirrors. I just liked the look of my mirrors 100 times better. I see pretty good out of them too to be honest. I went from Chicago to Nashville like that with no issues. Thanks for watching 🤘🏼

Question. I’ve been wanting a Monkey for a while. Just love them. Faster than the Navi, better seat, etc. But you can’t take second rider and they are $5800 out the door. So I haven’t pulled the trigger. Should I just get a Navi? How would you compare the two? It’s just for running around periodically to have fun. Maybe run a few errands. I just want to get out there on something. Wouldn’t I enjoy the Monkey much more? Thoughts?
@navimaclife
@navimaclife 12 күн бұрын
Maybe look into a Grom? A grom is small but you can have a passenger. Keep in mind the Navi is “twist & go” (no clutch) so if that’s a dealbreaker too, then you won’t like the Navi. It’s all personal preference. Check out my video called “Don’t Buy A Honda Navi”. It’s not really clickbait, it’s just the pros and cons. Also, go to a Honda dealership and sit on each one…that helps too. 🤘🏼

Little Bike. Big Fun! I've been using the kickstart for cold starting. Usually starts on first or second kick without engaging the choke. It's been summer here, and cold weather might be different. I figure why wear out the little starter motor when I don't have to.

I got my 24 rebel 1100 3 months ago, first bike ever with no prior experience. My cars transmission blew I had 10k down payment for a car but wasn’t finding anything I wanted because my last car was paid off and I hate payments so I decided to look into bikes as I always liked bikes but didn’t know anything about them. Fast forward I took my msf course and got my bike paid off, I was driving 45 min to work everyday one way and another 45 min way back home so the week I got my rebel I was on vacation from work and i practiced my route at midnight when roads were dead for about 3 nights and just rode around that entire week off from work and had it all in rain mode hitting parking lots and practicing more stuff from the msf course. It took me about 1 month of riding before I put it into sport mode and I was humbled very quickly lol but I managed just fine and now 3 months in almost 4 months I’ve put in 3,588 miles and definitely feel like I made a good choice as starting on the rebel 1100. My only complaints about the bike is it doesn’t handle highway wind too well you can definitely manage it but it honestly makes it unpleasant going above 80 and kinda scary when you hit 90+ I also kinda wish I could get up to 120 but I understand this isn’t the bike for that
@navimaclife

So, if you buy Metzler tires and the front fork brace is corrects the speed wobble problem 100% at high speeds. Invest in any type of windshield to deflect the wind, I just took my Rebel from Chicago to Nashville and wind really wasn’t a concern. Also, there’s a guy who just recently works on our ECU’s. He can flash it and the Rebel will gain MORE horsepower and increases top speed to 140! Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼
@Youngscully

@@navimaclife thanks for the reply brother been watching since before I got my rebel, I did get the Touring package rebel so it came with the front fairing but I’ll be honest it’s not the greatest so I been eyeing a few other choices. Is there a specific front fork brace you used that you could possibly link?
@navimaclife
@navimaclife 11 күн бұрын
Actually the brace I’ll be using is from Amazon. Not sure who makes it. Installing it on Friday. I’ll let you know how it is! 🤘🏼 thank you for being a fan of the channel. Means a lot to me!
