Incomparable. Only few minutes may differ. WDP 4 speed mps 160 Km WDP4D 130 Km better acceleration than Alcos WDM 130 or 110 WDG3 and also Wam 4 and Wap 1. Wap4 MPS 130 Wap7 160 Wap 5 MPS 200. All P4 to P7 and also P9 have better acceleration than D locos. Here also number of stops matters. Malani Exp has more stops than Shatabdi or VB . Only acceleration or deceleration differs. Alco with its sheer power non stop will run 200 km plus effortlessly at 130 MPS . Frequent stops at every 25 KM is nuisance of every SFs. Example is Netaji Exp and Pune Howrah Azad Hind express and Jhelum Exp. Change to E loco is fuel conservation and means nothing for passengers. In 2009 our Egmore to Tiruchi Jn mainline Broadgauged with 415 Kms. Alcos ran with travel time of 7 to 7 1/2 hrs despite stoppings and wait while EMDs did with 7.15 hrs. Today Wap4 and Wap7 also run on same timings even though tracks are upgraded to 80 to 130 in 2022. Just like govt selling adhaar modification , Pan card updation etc. , this is also democratic fun unchanged whether congi or BJP in power. That is it. thanks

To bhai highrise pantograph k baad bhi pooja express ajmer shatabdi express rajdhani garib rath ala hazrat highrise pantograph me bhi 130km kese chal rahi hai or wo bhi righrise section par jese palanpur se marwar route waha bhi 130km highrise wali trains run karti hai wo kese jab ki aap kehte ho highrise section par highrise pantograph wali train 100km se jyada nahi chal sakti

Kya dekhat hai, sari train. Electric se ho gyi tabhi , Mare ja rhe ho Electric, Diesel engines ne naa jane railway kya bhegaada hai, Jise ko yeh Vikas dekh rha hai aasal mein yeh vinash ki tarf kadam hai, Jaada dino ki baat nahi railway mitte gyi kuch waqt, Indian railway tawahone par hai , Jung shuru hone do , sab samne aajyega

electric traction ke baad crew nahi change hota hai, driver ki duty phir JP to SWM ki 1 ghante ki hi ho jayegi, which is not standard. Bypass line , bahut se cities me ban rahi hai, yaha bhi need hai.
