You need to be fourfeet away from them then they come alive and the treble and bass blend perfect the smaller ones are better for near field on a desk a couple of feet away or amazing in small rooms

You sound more like a company presenter than a reviewer.

nice vid. I have a question though. I own the HS7 now for a while. What I recognized is, that the mids and highs are very penetrating forward sounding. Which is one way good, because you really hear all the stuff, that you don't hear on hi-fi speakers or other monitors. But I have the tendency to mix on the HS7 so that I have a balanced sound, like I would hear it out of good speakers. But what I probably should do is to mix, that the mids and highs really stick out (because that's the way I hear when listening to reference songs). So what I want to say, I think I downmix the mids and highs because they are overemphasized when I hear them out of the 7s. I have "okay" room treatment. So this shouldn't be solely the purpose. So I guess my question is: would you then recommend some more "natural sounding" speakers like the JBL Mk2 or maybe Kali LP6 if I want to hear a balanced good monitor sound? Thank you for your thoughts.

I have had these and loved them! They look beautiful. If you have large room they are a phenomenal. They sound very crisp, detailed and tight all across. The sound signature (not flat and overly bright like other brands) make these great for music enjoyment.

maybe I didnt came across as clear..It was a throwback to the old Yamaha NS10 because they have some resemblance to HS series design and sound.☺

Have you listened to 306P mk2? If so how do they compare to 308P mk2? If you had to pick one for nearfield desktop use with and without lsr 310s which one would you pick? Also does lsr 310s really improve the sound quality by that much?

Yeah I have. It depends on your room size, while 306p mk2 has a 6inch woofer, it may lack bass in bigger rooms, on the other hand if you get the 308p in a smaller room then you will hear alot of bass, than there actually is in your mix. The 306P MK2 is great sounding, feature wise on par with 308p MK2. If you get the LSR 310S with 306P or 308P and on the back cut everything from 80hz down, you can get a much more control on the low end. You will definetly "feel" the bass with LSR 310s. Specially if your making EDM I would recomend this setup! I hope that answers your question 🙂
