We just bought a Stationary dock from TD. Can we turn our Stationary into Floating? When I bought this, I didn't realize We had to take it out in the winter! :) After what we went through to get in there (finding manpower) I don't want to do that again. Thanks!!

If your dock is already in the water can you put the backing plate on top of the dock instead of the underside?
