How long did you have it before it broke? I got two years out of it.

We have had nothing but issues with ours. Broiler element went out. Hot surface light remains on which causes the top fan to contanstly run. Front large cooking element has only the outer burner working, the middle has stopped working. Warranty has expired. $225 for samsung tech to come look at plus whatever parts it may need. they suggest a main control board which is $125 plus shipping + labor for the broiler element . They have to check the heating elements and sensors on the cook top to determine the problem which is more labor. then get the parts and install what ever that price is and then again the labor to replace to parts.this oven was great. Seems like it's on a warranty timer. Warranty expires, oven craps out! Shop around and read reviews, seems everyone has issues now..

I have this stove that came with the house when I bought it. The previous owners replaced all the appliances with Samsung products. They were 1 year old when we bought the house. The stove has had the burner element replaced twice in three years. The fan for the oven will not turn off. The microwave has a sensor for cooking and reheating food is out. The refrigerator constantly freezes up and has to be defrosted. I will never buy any Samsung Appliances. Great Tv's.

I have a problem with temperature while I’m cooking!! So I set temperature at 350f when I put the food in the oven temperature it go down to 300f and it take time about 15 minutes to go back to 350f , I got 2 oven thermometer inside!! Is your oven the same with me?? Because I contract Samsung they said it’s normal!

Hi! I also have this dishwasher and want to remove the upper cutlery rack. The user Manual says this is possible but doesn’t say how. Can you make a video showing this?

I would love it if you could show how to put the rinse aid in the dishwasher. Does it just squirt into the hole with the numbers? I hope so because that’s where i put it lol. It says in the book that it has an indicator fill line but i dont see that anywhere.

bought this dishwasher last year and really regret it. It started having communication problems and displaying fault codes. Worse than that, the Samsung technical support and warrants are a scam. They will always try to find a way to deny your warrant and there’s nothing you can do about it. Think twice before you buy a Samsung product and particularly a dishwasher. I owned a jennair Dishwasher for over 25 years until last year when I was misled by this type of video and made the mistake of buying a set of Samsung appliance and from that day on my kitchen became nightmare because of poorly designed Samsung Dishwasher
