It's so amazing the apartment u can get in Korea where I live if u wanted to live in the city it would cost 3,000 USD a month!! That would b like the lowest.

Given the view it must be in Cheongdam so you can calc with 3k usd rent and 100k deposit..or 500k dep. and no rent
