every person and skin is different.. some are having more severe internal issues than others... normally Salysilic acid products take 1 month to work but again depends on individual internal health plus care as in.. post care and pre-care

It's a chemical exflioater, it shouldn't be used more than once a week in the start maximum twice at night in one week. Gradually, increase the quantity of using this product so that your skin gets used to it.
