21,500 paid for my husband to be deported!! Miriam is a LIAR!! DO NOT TRUST HER!! WARNING ---------don't end up losing your family member the way I have because of her lies! THANKS TO MIRIAM AIRINGTON-FISHER MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN DEPORTED TO JORDAN AFTER 9 YEARS IN THIS COUNTRY AS A LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENT NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE NOT EVEN A SPEEDING TICKET! HE WAS WRONGFULLY CONVICTED OF FALSE CHARGES AND I PAID THIS LAW FIRM 21,500 TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY SAID SHE WOULD DO! FROM DAY ONE MIRIAM SAID SHE COULD ONLY WIIN THIS CASE BY FILING A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS WHICH SHE NEVER DID! SHE LOST THE MOTION TO SET ASIDE THE VERDICT, SHE LOST THE CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS AND GOT CALLED OUT BY THE JUDGE FOR NOT DOING HER JOB PROPERLY, SHE WAS DENIED BY THE VA SUPREME COURT TO EVEN HEAR THE CASE, WORST OF ALL SHE WALKED AWAY FROM OUR CASE WITH NO WARNING ALL BECAUSE I OWED 3500, IT DIDNT MATTER THAT I PAID HER 21,500 AND AS SOON AS SHE WALKED AWAY ICE WAS ABLE TO PUT A HOLD ON MY HUSBAND!! THIS WOMAN IN MY OPINION IS GREEDY, SELFISH, NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ON APPEALS COURTS AND A COLD HEARTED PERSON! I SUFFER WITH 3 AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES, I NOW HAVE HEART ISSUES DUE TO THIS AND THE TRAUMA MY HUSBAND HAS ENDURED IS UNREAL BECAUSE I MADE THE MISTAKE OF GIVING THIS WOMAN ALL MY SAVINGS TO FIGHT HIS CASE AND SHE JUST UPS AND WALKS AWAY!! I got upset when I found out her secretar MARIA Morales lived in Mexico and was working with all of our private information in Mexico, imagine social security numbers, my bank card info. I think I had every right to get upset. And if we were not a good client then why take my money and our case?? If I was so horrible then why send me flowers when my aunt died? This woman may be good at simple immigration law but not at criminal law! Or maybe if she wasn't so busy making Tik Tok videos she could win her cases. Kathy Fowler below states similar issues. And her case was around the same time as my husband's. Good luck! A good immigration lawyer is Arturas Over as, honest, knowledgeable and experienced. A good criminal lawyer is David Whaley! Almost any lawyer is better than a lawyer who would do what this woman did to my husband!!
