I use CapCut desktop! Simple and easy to use + amazing color grading features :-)

THANK YOUUUU! I've been doing my small business full-time + being a freelancer for the past 4 years starting 2021 however, I've worked part-time n had a multitude of customer service and warehouse jobs for about 5 years before taking the big step :D

Aaaa!! I was so happy to see you at anyc!! I agree with you on so many aspects of anyc in the crit as someone who attended anyc for years. The AA is a lot bigger this year and I think it was a little messy at times but so happy to grab a lord death tote!💙💙

I had similar critique about the layout! As an attendee, AA blended in too much with the Dealer's Hall and it didn't help that the signs were so small. I definitely put that in the survey. I'm not sure how it would affect traffic, but I've always wondered why they don't do a similar layout to New York Comic Con which is also held in the Javits but they dedicate a whole hall to Artist Alley in the lower level. That entire floor (AA, Dealer's, Food Hall) was definitely overstimulating at parts for me, but I have my fingers crossed they learn from that for next year! So interesting to hear that it may turn into a 4-day con :0

Hey! NYC native here who went to anime nyc, nyc actually has a pretty small center for cons compared to other cities. I’m surprised they were so disorganized since they were piping down hard on security. Though since more people have been coming, I do think it will turn into a 4 day thing!

i thought the convention signage personally was really clear/easy to find where every artist was? but maybe i'm the minority. the wifi was terrrrrible though and yeah it was just overwhelming, i had to take lots of breaks because shopping/the amount of tables/people were too much. it's so funny that you say that people prefer the summer? everyone i talked to / my friend group all miss the convention when it was in the winter? LOOOOOL

OOOO happy to know that you got the signage! I think some tables got so busy that people couldn't see the numbers in the front maybe overhead banners would help. I had to get familiar after the 1st day with the floor to direct people on where to go 😭 but very fascinating everyone's different opinions on the schedule change!

the vlog editing is getting so much better and better!! my fam and friends all got so much from your booth. we didn't talk much because I didn't want to keep the line and AA was soooo busy but it was amazing to meet you in person after my first shop order almost 5 years ago!! Ben was also cool, I went back several times with friends and when we were adding extra things (like the spam notepad or stickers) last minute, he'd say "ah just take it" lol.

I'm so happy that you were able to stop by the booth and got so many things! Ben is the best and sweetest he's honestly better than me at tabling sometimes HAHA

As an attendee, I paid around $1500 for a 4 night stay in LA while attending AX. The large shows in big cities do cost a lot to even be there. I’ve wanted to attend Anime NYC so it’s good to know the costs would probably be similar to AX.

OOOO i'm glad you told me this! i've never stayed/paid for hotels until I started doing artist alley for work and didn't know how to guage on what the typical hotel rates were in bigger titled shows. I hope you go to ANYC next year it's such a unique experience :DDD

really loved this vlog and esp the graphic design you put into this video!! one note is that I feel like your mic/audio is kinda quiet, esp in the second part with the analysis. i can still hear you but it felt like it wasn't as clear as it could be, or that you were far away? not sure if that's just me/my comp (I had to put youtube and my comp on full volume) but i hope it helps !
