This is one way how to do move command. 1. Left click on the move button on the ribbon 2. left click on the object you want to move 3. press enter on you keyboard or right click on your mouse. 4. Left click to specify the basepoint on the object you wanted to move(example: center of a circle, midpoint of a line).Note activate entity snap settings first if not activated yet or press F3. 5. Move your mouse and your object will move together with your curser. 6. Lastly left click to place the object where you wish to place them. I hope this information will help.

I'm sorry, that is for objects. For image, I don't think we have settings or command for that. What you can do is draw a line on the part of your image you want to reference , so you can see it while moving the image. I hope this will work for you.

@@cadknowledge6656 : i appreciate you help but it’s not working. the object show move around with the cursor. it was working, but some setting must of changed. moving an image or an object should not matter, the image should move with the cursor. please help
