i have had no problem of seeing the doctor within a week, if i need it faste then one just talk with the people working at the doctors office and one can usually be sheduled according to how urgent it is. If i'm really sick i'll go to the ER and they first make an assessment and then depending on the illness and how badly injured others are one have to wait untill more severe cases are treated. If an traffic accident or similar come in then it might take a long time to get help, but they will proritize according to how severe ones illness are.
