This young guide could hike the whole journey calmly. His million dollar smiles were so attractive. I wish someday he would grow up more, he would open his own trekking company. It isn’t easy. It takes a lot of experience, organizational skills and leadership. You never know he might be a boss someday. Never look down a young man who has many years ahead of him.

@@melanie.a.75 Is Cho La Pass difficult? I didn’t see you climb the rocks but I watched from other video, people climbed the rock near Gokyo Lake. They might go to Gokyo Ri. Did you go to Gokyo Ri? Did you experience any headache or discomfort due to the altitude?
@melanie.a.753 жыл бұрын
@@GODISMYSTERIOUS If you manage EBC, you can manage Cho La Pass, too. It's worth the try! We decided not to go to Gokyo Ri, as we did already more than originally planned (back via Cho La Pass). We did everything to acclimatise properly, and luckily (therefore?) had only minor problems due to the altitude, i.e. a bit of a headache and insomnia.
