i need help! the ventilator is disabled and i don't know how to turn it on again ! i've tried thousand times to fix it as you showed in the video. but didn't worked... i followed all the steps but didn't worked... it has to show -18 but is showing just -7 maximal -10... and on the display appears just the snowflake... no ventilator .. please help ! the freezer is new
