Hi, Congrats on the interview. Don't be nervous...you'll do amazing. Visualize how the interview will go to calm down your interview nerves. It's a strategy I have used and many of my student...IT WORKS! Bro I like your advice but they will give you 30 minutes to interview and you don't have to speak all of this remember what if the guys don't speak that much english but they have super knowledge but they are migrant

The real question, why is it always assumed that it was YOU who caused the problems or who might bring potential issues to the company rather than the case that's more common than not, you left a toxic work environment.

That is very true! Sometimes you have to leave because of a toxic environment. The KEY is to still frame this in a positive way, for example, "I left because of structural changes at my previous company and wanted to explore new opportunities which aligned more with my career goals."

Because most work environments are the same. It is only a matter of time for any environment to become toxic and the hiring manager wants to be assured you will persist trough their already existing toxicity or the one coming up in the future.

The reason this works so well is because it shows resilience and a positive attitude toward change rather than focusing on the negative aspects of being laid off.
