A good promo vid demonstrates use and most features, especially the type /model of cartridge / staple. You don't show the type of staple, or how it loads or the stapling action. Very odd.

The girl from Jerry McGuire said “You got me at hello. Here you had me go (away) after saying “about a hundred bucks. My fiber optic tree is inexpensive. lol. I do recall I have other fiber optic products that will likely fail too at some point later so will keep this in mind, thanks.

As of 25 years experience I will suggest. With the 4462. Open your cable sheath on one side and then directly acrossed. Use a "hole punch" to make a hole thru the sheath and the grounding steel. Stick the threaded post of the 4462 up thru the hole. make sure that when you place the top plate on the tabs can touch....A known ground. Use plenty of 2" tape for a insulator between the 4462 and the conductors. Spray a little lube on the clear sheath and then wrap the 2" tape on with the sticky side out. That way you can slide it under the 4462 easily. I open my cables with a Stanley utility knife and small hook blades. It takes pratice...but its fast.

This video looks like its from the 60's but I'm glad I found it. I've been looking for hours for a good connector for LC and this did not show up until months later.

What is that metal thingy at minute 5:03? I'd like to get something like it to protect the cutout hole while installing - then I can be a little more aggressive and/or not worry about "drilling" away the drywall it the edges.

Never mind...I've realized I can use one of the plastic low-voltage gang plates that clamp onto the drywall. If it gets messed up, I'm only out a couple bucks.

IMO you should install a rack which will allow you to mount standard size rack equipment switches/firewalls. Those boxes look cute but you will out grow them.

I QUOTE the speaker and from the description: "The naked eye can't tell the difference between 30 and 15fps" yes it absolutely can and by recording 30fps you get twitch the frames to go through when you might have caught that perfect angle of a face when they often quickly moves across the camera frame or a number plate of a car. What an awful recommendation. Get more storage that matches your camera count and recording quality, This guide is like telling you to buy a sports car with to option to run it in ECO mode, and then tell every one to only run it in eco mode. Low resolution and low FPS is used for low bandwidth connection NOT recording recording should always be the best your camera can perform, why would you else buy a camera with those specs!

An older video but I agree. I'm still fuming about returning two brand new 4k systems exactly because of this. The NVR only allowed a maximum setting of 15 fps. You wouldn't know that until you got into the settings of the NVR. You could stick a dash cam on your window and get better results. If manufacturers would put more important information on the outside of the camera system box it would save time and frustration for all parties involved in the sale. Give me less storage and better video. Take care.

My GT-12 works fine but when testing wires hooked up to a security box. It never indicated any AC current but when I touched hot wires, it would beep one time when I took it off the wire. What could that be?
