Wow and Wow again. I've not heard this concert before and some of the songs are "new to me" from this incredible group. I wish I had followed up when somebody told me about City and Colour 20 years ago, but didn't. Then I came across If you Should Go Before Me a year or so ago and was dazzled by its emotional depth and the beautiful music. I'm a fan now!

No. Seriously. Stop a minute. Has there ever been a voice. A tone. A pronunciation. The feel. The gaps. The wait. The weight. The feel. Has there ever been an artist like this? He started in a post hardcore band who captured anger, tinged with feeling. He took the feeling and magnified it 100x. He spoke to a generation. He sang for a generation. I couldn’t live a day in the last 15 years without him. His sound. That’s no lie. Dallas, a proper modern day legend. I hope one day people look back at him as people look back at Elvis, Bob Dylan etc.
