@@vasesavast1637 I myself have a decently sized nose and had no issues, I don't have a bump though. The clip is not really an issue because you can spread it wider, the mask will fit nicely (no air leakage) because of the gasket. The green filtering material on the inside is foamy and soft (the gasket too), on the outside there is another layer of fabric (which is actually gray so they don't get dirty easily, this is an old video).

If it's only sars-cov-2 (corona virus) you're worried about, just leave it for 3 days in a dry place. If you can't wait, there are ways to sterilize with alcohol or hydrogen-peroxide and heat (google for details). These other methods will deteriorate the mask after a few cycles. For civilians, the best option is having masks to use 4 days (so 4, if you need one per day), and just rotating. They can last you quite long that way, just avoid touching a mask with dirty hands or wearing it around your neck or hand wrist where it can accumulate sweat.
