Thank you for the sensual shots. My father is buried there. Visited the place YEARS ago. Have sad memories of this place.

thanks! Id like to do this hike, but on a holiday, if you know what I mean. So maybe 10-15miles a day, and at a chilled pace! So thanks for making this.

I just did this trail, but had to skip this part here, as there was a massive rain when i started in Bologna. Basically as soon as the tarmack was gone (section after the park), the trail became a river. It looks completely different in this video lol
Gracias pero sería mucho mejor acompañar el video con una guía oral en castellano

Seems like a planned village for tourists, locals are not seen in any house. By the way very nice and beautiful ❤️. I hope my fortune has access to me to visit this place ❤

There probably are some locals, just not many. I wonder how long since it was a regular town.

Thank you so much for this! I lived in velletri all of my childhood before i had to move out. This place holds so many comforting memories. Not a bad thing i can remember about it!! I recognised the place at the beginning right of the video right away and my heart filled with so many memories and emotions. Usually I'd go back to it on google maps because of nostalgia, but this is amazing, it's like im back there :D. I hope i get the chance to come back to my home, Thank you !

Just discovered this video. I lived in Rome "tanti anni fa", but haven't been there for almost 20 years. I had a Dan Fogelberg experience; "For just a moment I was back in school and felt that old familiar pain..." Really, really wondersul pain of living in the Eternal City. My dear Jesus, how I miss it. Thank you so much for this momentary dip in the pool of "never to be again".

What is the address of the Salinata Stairs, would love to go for a daily run on that stair path, looks like a good workout. :D - Can you share the address of this trail?
@walkrelax8975 ай бұрын
It is indeed a good workout! The address is: comming from the town is Via Palazzo Pontificio next to Belvedere (you will see it), coming from the train station of Castel Gandolfo it is Via Antonio Gramsci. Enjoy!

Thank you so much for these videos. I am preparing for my own Via Degli Dei in June 2024 and I have been watching your own VDD hike almost every night making notes.😀It is very kind of you to do this as it is helping me, I'm sure it has helped others too. Other videos on VDD don't focus on the actual route/trail/road but only the views or only of themselves talking. Really appreciate these videos of your actual hike. Thank you again.
