Still waiting on my green card! I just recently got my EAD card on July and I live here in Allentown, PA! My status here in the US is H4 visa which is a dependent visa of H1B

What next to do ......my visa has been issued since 25th of October 2024 but as of today been 31th of October have not heard or receive anything to come or my passport is ready for pickup....so should I go to OIS service or DHL or to wait for the letter before going for collection?

@@kelechiokoro4542 what option did you pick? Pick up or delivery? Delivery takes longer. But in both cases you have to wait for DHL to text you. Or go and check your status on the ceac website. That way you will know if your passport is ready for pick up.

I with my family got IV (Dv 2024). I am the principal and booked flight to travel to USA with my family (derivative or accompany) for the same date. However, with unexpected reason I (the principal) unable to catch my flight and my family travelled (arrived to U.S before me}. So, what problem will come and what I (they) should do? Hello I was searching for videos on people who used KLM from Lagos to the US and your video came up … Please I have a US visa, my destination is Salt Lake, will I be asked for transit visa when I get to Amsterdam? Cus I keep seeing old videos of people saying they ask for transit visa for some countries kindly help 🙏🏽

Ma’am, I don’t know if you have a month, the time I was sent my interview letter and my interview date wasn’t up to a month and the same day I got the letter I booked my appointment with the hospital. If the date you were given is more than a month to the date you received the letter. You should call the embassy customer care to ask. I really can’t say if you can do the medicals a month before your interview. Most of these test results expire. So I can say.

Pls how long did it take to get your interview letter? I am pregnant and in USA and hoping my husband can make it to the delivery. It is our first baby. I have asked for expedite but they have denied it. Dont know what else to do.

I waited 9 months. This was in 2020. Might be faster now. So sorry to hear that. Hopefully he gets his interview letter soon.

Once your DQ'd you typically have to wait 1 yr before they'll even entertain an expedite request. Also if you're not married more than 2 yrs... Very difficult for expedite. I am sorry

@@KetrinaAbuma well I think your right! I have tried to expedite 4 times and they denied it. They don’t consider pregnancy as an emergency .. it’s unfortunate. I will be patient and have the baby next month.. and hopefully he will be here by Mar 2025. That’s about a year after DQ. I pray it happens. I have put it in God’s hands! 🙏🏾❤️. Thanks for responding

Now you know the reason why its coz you eclipsed 2 years of your marriage by the time you arrived at the airport so they gave you a 10 yesr greencard which is great 😅 ..great info by the way..and even the interviewer at the embassy will tell people DO NOT PUT YOUR DOCUMENTS IN CHECKED LUGGAGE
