@dv-alpha1340 sure! There are 616 laws that God spoke to Moses for the Israelites to follow. This is what is referred to as “the Law” in the scriptures.

Hey all! Remember when Peter took his eyes off Jesus? He started to sink. Jesus says in Matthew 4:4 that we should not live by bread but by the Word of God! The Word of God is undefeated. Also, what does Jesus say he is, the Way, the Truth, and the Life!! It says in Proverbs 3:5-6, it says "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding" and, "in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." !!!!

Wow, another on time word from the Lord. I’m in college, and I began winter break today. Per the confirmation you delivered a few weeks ago, the Lord has called me to dive into Scripture like never before. @@jadencovey9231 Stop beating yourself up. That shame, condemnation, and then self-righteousness (thinking you can do better in your own strength) is actually what is keeping you bound in this sin. Instead try this: Read Romans 5,6,8 and every time the lust rises up, begin to lift your hands and worship God over the fact that “you’re dead to sin but alive to God” and other truths you find in those scriptures. What you’re doing when you do this is you’re dealing the spiritual problem spiritually instead of trying to deal with the spiritual problem physically. Your 5 senses lie to you so you will physically feel lust but as you tap into the spirit then you will begin to notice that you don’t have to respond to those physical demands anymore. It’s a journey my friend and as you grow deeper in your walk with God those things will be taken care of. Don’t worry about them and instead worship Jesus and surrender yourself everyday. Does that help give you a good starting point?

I really need to hear this man. All this time in my life I’ve wanted to be singer. I have learned to sing in church. It’s a gift for music that’s in my family. But the reason I’m scared just me reacting to my trauma en the ways I used to be. AND IF SO.. I just need to go to church again. God knows I’ve missed him. I really needed to hear this. If ever going to be rich and suffer because that. It’s worth it. Because my family deserves to be rich. That’s why God has been blessing me all my life. He knows I’m scared I HAVE to do it. It’s my purpose in life.

Great question! Honestly, praying in the Spirit and the Word. It is the work of the Holy Spirit who leads us in that process but by us submitting ourselves to Him by faith, the Spirit is able to work in you. Does that make sense?
