However, Conestoga has disregarded this policy without prior notice, now demanding payment for the first semester before issuing attestation letters. Despite our attempts to seek clarification, they are unresponsive to our emails regarding the attestation letter. Furthermore, they have denied deferral requests from students initially applying for the May intake to enroll in the September intake. This injustice cannot be ignored
