Haha. I had forgotten that I had wildlife in this video! 😂 Couple of things: Your comment means a lot. I see a view count obviously but don't really think about what it means for other people watching until a comment pops up. So, I am honoured for your words and heck yeah, more rings! Secondly. I love the name of your channel and your videos have banging soundtracks. I've subscribed. Your kind of content is what I like to watch. Stay strong. Will.

Awesome!!! My son is 8 and I didn't work out for ages (in any window) until he was older. I wish you the best. My family are already there - in Poland. Indeed a great choice! I'm just not sure until the time of studying if I will get to exercise. I'm also quite overweight, so I sacrifice pretraining food, just incase I can't train and end up a little bit chunkier 😁

Thank you! I can't answer your question about palms in (and raising knees). Years ago, yes as I was able to do chins then but my wrists don't turn far enough. So, I am learning narrow pullups palms away. Yes, I have old videos where I was 120kg and doing 10 sets of 10. I am going back down to that weight. I'm selling my barbell and doing only/mainly calisthenics going forwards. At 110kg I can do sets of 15. Takes a lot of discipline though to train often.
