I am actually doing my first workout right now, I would do a video on it but I cant since im working out in the darkness so my camera cannot c me hahahhahha! Awesome!!! My son is 8 and I didn't work out for ages (in any window) until he was older. I wish you the best. My family are already there - in Poland. My house is a few days or maybe 4 weeks until I go. I may have a few more recorded workouts before that but I have a literal basement dungeon awaiting me when I get there.

@@samuelsontraining that's good 😊... I was also can't able to re-pack yesterday when I benching 75 kg but I had the spot that time cause I know my limit is 70 kg only.. I have been trying to increase it to 75kg since 2.5 weeks but it is not going up.. maybe I should start my bulk journey 😁

Im only 27 , but I've definitely squandered some of my prime (lasts until you're 40 right?😅) . I've been seeing a lot of people take their health seriously lately. It's encouraging and its motivating me to be more consistent with a lof of things. So in short, Thanks Sam From across the pond

When I was studying I would take a tub of nuts, raisins, broken up dark chocolate and a protein shake to make sure I hit my calories.

Indeed a great choice! I'm just not sure until the time of studying if I will get to exercise. I'm also quite overweight, so I sacrifice pretraining food, just incase I can't train and end up a little bit chunkier 😁

Thank you! I can't answer your question about palms in (and raising knees). Years ago, yes as I was able to do chins then but my wrists don't turn far enough. So, I am learning narrow pullups palms away. Yes, I have old videos where I was 120kg and doing 10 sets of 10. I am going back down to that weight. I'm selling my barbell and doing only/mainly calisthenics going forwards. At 110kg I can do sets of 15. Takes a lot of discipline though to train often.
