somewhere downstream someone's home is destroyed from the flash flood. you could have got the water flowing and just let it cut its own path through instead you sent them a deluge

Zdravo prijatelj! To je umetno jezero, zelo pogosto jih je videti v različnih delih Evrope in Latinske Amerike, še bolj v državah, kjer veliko dežuje, ko so zelo velika, so tudi nevarna za zemljo! Hvala za vaš komentar.

It looked like they were going to put culverts in the dug out spot and maybe a bridge on top. You could control how much water went through by placing gates that could be raised or lowered to control water flow.
