I used this service for the first time this weekend. During a little getaway we got a flat tire in a parking lot Sunday morning. Being Sunday no tire shops were open that I could find. We were 150 miles from home and really didn’t want to stay another night just waiting for a tire shop to open. So I called my insurance company American Family Insurance 😀. Linda answered my call she was very cheerful and such great customer service I really felt like I was talking to a friend. She was so helpful and at the same time making sure I was ok and safe wow all I could think was wow I don’t think that ever in my life have I ever called a insurance company and had someone worried about me! She found someone who was open and was able to arrange them to come out to my car. While I was waiting for the towing (I didn’t have my jack and don’t even know how I didn’t have it) company to get there another gentleman stopped to help us and he had a little fix a flat shop right in the back of his van. So I was getting ready to call Linda back and she beat me to the punch😳. She was calling to see if I was alright and if the tow company had been there yet. I explained to her what was going on and if she could please cancel the tow company. The whole time she was asking me if I was in a safe place and if I had anyone with me I told her my husband and son was with me and she told me she felt better knowing I wasn’t alone. Linda was so wonderful with me I felt like she was the most important thing in the world. This was such an impressive experience they have a customer for life! Thank you Linda and AMFAM!
