I think this is a Raloe lift. Carlos Silva is one of the suppliers of the components, in this case, the indicators.

Did you visit the main building (with the traction elevators)? I'm aware the passenger elevators were modernized with Compass but I'm not sure if anyone has gotten a post-mod take yet.

It is Originally Westinghouse from 1970s and 1st mod is Unknown or Unbranded or maybe but it got modernized again, 2nd mod is TKE AGILE

They're both are Dovers and got modernized by OTIS Compass as (G-11) (G & 12-21) It was Installed in 1992 and Modernized in 2019

The lift fixtures in this lift is basic plastic panel but the stainless steel panel is optional for that one

The integrated floor name announcements and door closing announcement and basic ding chimes combined at the same time is very unusual and rare also the lift model is Order PREED (or PULIDO) also the handicapped panel and floor indicators as well as the fixtures and hall lanterns are custom ordered also these lift in this building are separated to 3 zones (low zone serves from B1, 1-9, medium zone serves from B1, 1, 8-13 and high zone serves from B1, 1, 13-30) and the lift capacity is 17 persons/1150 kg with 12 main lifts installed here

It would been ideal if the rooftop landing door is manual swing with dedicated security door lock so riders won't easily get trapped in a confined space between separate landing and security doors with allowing riders to trigger door safety sensors and return to the elevator. Plus, with the usual hydraulic elevator controller where chime only plays when a floor is registered, this would be the ideal setup for elevators with manual landing doors where automatic doors cannot control the manual door other than the lock.

This one is also gonna be butchered isn’t it? A Richmond with GAL, that’s pretty neat, however I think then Montgomery was better. Too bad I never got to ride it. Sigh, I will have to find another vintage Monty some day, however it’s not gonna be special like that one in which it was originally an Otis-Fensom with a Monty mod. Oh well

Richmond does a good job with their elevators. Im love dewhurst and im personally a fan of the traction ones with dewhurst 91 i think.
