Loudest moments in the swamp: every Saturday from 1990-2001

I know this thread is ancient, but the loudest it ever got in the Swamp was the FSU game in 1993. Florida was mounting a comeback and with a few minutes left in the game had FSU penned deep in Gator territory. 3 and out and Gators would have a chance to mount one more drive to win the game over the #1 team in the nation. FSU started the drive and the Noise being generated was unbelievable. It literally made me feel light headed it was so loud. It got to 3rd down and at that moment the loudness was PAINFUL - on the live broadcast even Keith Jackson mentions the noise level. Of course we all know Warrick Dunn caught a short pass out of the backfield and broke our hearts. ...you could hear a pin drop. Go Gators!!!

Beating #1 FSU and derailing their national championship run at the end of their season pretty seals it as probably the greatest game Florida has even played in The Swamp for that matter, even though we won neither a national title nor an SEC.

I was there from 2002 to 2008, and the three loudest I experienced were 2002 Auburn, 2003 FSU (ugh), and 2006 South Carolina.
