I really enjoy watching your videos again. You two make what is hard, look easy. I climbed Banner in 1956 looking down on that playground. Since 2020 I've been the Ediza several times! Beautiful!

Thank you!! Your videos showed the trail and your comments about the trail quality and where you were sufficiently that I have finally figured out how I can do a good LASH to continue my quest on the PCT. I am solder and slow so it gets complicated. Thank you for your videos. Thank you, Babysteps

Just came across your video series on the NCT which I'm contemplating for next year...great job on the videography and commentary on your hike...what an amazing place! I've been out to Cape Scott a few times now, but that was many years ago...love to get out there again! Thanks for sharing your hike.

I stumbled across this 4 day trip by chance and watched the whole 4 day series. Great videos and a great adventure for sure. I'm impressed with how much gear you were able to carry on a 10 ft kayak. Leaves me thinking I might do a trip with my kayak (12 ft) next year instead of my canoe?

I really enjoy all your trail videos. I consider your thorough account of the PCT to be a historical record of a time and place. I hope this travel video/book will be available to many virtual trail friends for many years to come. Thank you so much for sharing you journeys and adventures with us.

I would like to ask if you need an appointment for this? or not Because it seems that there are some road conditions, all wild camping is closed, but we have nine days vacation in March, and we really want to camp in the wild.
@brentkelly54458 ай бұрын
Along highway 60 there are a few designated spots for this. Along summer hiking trails. check in with office. Can't remember if free. you can be on some summer campsites or just the woods. But I think you are free to roam the entire park but that could be considered advanced knowledge/winter skills.

Eh man! I really love your Algonquin videos! Wondering if you have any recommendations on places to winter camp? And if you will be doing any winter camping in Algonquin this year? Thanks!

I know this big adventure was years back, but still wanted to let you know that I enjoyed your CT and JMT hikes. You sure kept your spirits up, even with that crazy huge pack. 😊 I'll bet your gear has evolved since then. Thanks for sharing.

Hi there! Is section F just random camping or are there bookable sites?

those deer died crossing over the pass when it was iced over. slid to their death not from a rock slide. like sheep they kept going over. I saw it when it was fresh and the carcasses we're half eaten.

so during winter time... you can literally camp anywhere, right? as long as you camp like 50meter away from trails and water shore?

Hurlgoat, I am starting to watch your PCT adventure for the third time. Your commentary is about the best I have seen and maybe equaled by one triple crown woman. Your photography is stunning and the mix of scenery and commentary is unequaled. I hope all is well with you and well with the ones close to you.
