Looks like a very nice wheel gun. How does it compare to a smith 586?

Great rifle there, i was stuck between the colt ar15a4 vs the fn m16a4 w/kac rail. Ive went with the FN only because it already came with the kac rail and i know sourcing one individually is hard to find and very expensive.

Why does the upper finish not match the lower?

@@guitarmatt03 A little confused. Butt and barrel shroud two different plastic materials. Upper and lower must be a lighting thing? Sorry! 🤷🏼♂️

I just picked one up. 200 rounds through it and it was amazing. The sights were dead on back to 50 yards. At 130 rounds the front fiber optic fell out of the gun. The sights were still functioning. Scheels replaced the fiber optic strand and it’s good as new. What a weapon!

Its better if you pull your elbow down when shooting instead of doing the chicken wing. Its a more relaxed posture for less arm strain for better shooting.

Well, I did so extensively before acquiring. I’m pretty much enjoying the good. The history, lore, feel, and “boom” has been worth every penny to this guy.

The 1911 was designed to be pulled and fired by point shooting in an emergency like a charging enemy. The more you try to overthink it the worse it will be. The natural balance if left to its own devices and you just point it like your finger will be right where you point it. That’s why the bullseye first round. You had no preconceived recoil assumptions. You’ll realize practicing point shooting from the hip you can shoot cans off a fence easier than trying to do paper groups using two hands aiming usually. It’s natural. The more you shoot it and develop muscle memory to its weight and balance. The less aiming you’ll try to do.

I am glad CZ-Colt is still putting out a limited number of the classic AR15A4 rifle. I have personally shot and used the CZ-Colt A4 and it's a very good, highly dependable, and quality AR rifle. Yes, it's old school, but the A4 is still a very effective and fun-to-shoot rifle. If you have the extra cash and can find one, an A4 will make a nice addition to your rifle collection.

The classic is awesome, I have owned 7. I got rid of all and now only own one colt 1912 and it’s a mk1v which for those who don’t know, is pretty much identical to the classic except has a rounded a1 main spring housing that’s also medal. The classic series has a plastic housing which is so weird. Great great reliable gun though.

This is a gun I've been putting off on buying for a very long time! It's been a gun that I've wanted since I was a kid and today, I walked into a gun store that's closing its doors soon and he dropped the price on it $100. I haven't taken my eyes off it since I swiped my card!

@theshakyhandkid4841 Жыл бұрын
I’m not sure I’d call it a reproduction, as it’s made by Colt. Perhaps modern interpretation of a historical firearm describes it best? We love ours. Quality and performance are darn good.
