Very well done! I myself am pro Thyme , but anti mustard This dish aside from being easy and flavorful is super healthy because chicken is full of collagen protein and the lemon juice helps your body absorb said protein I would say that chicken thighs tend to be fatty so be thoughtful about how much olive oil youadd but chicken legs need a bit more olive oil The great thing about this recipe is its very hard to mess up and as you get better at doing it you can add your own little variation

Yes, any loaf can be scored. Adding nuts and seeds creates AGE compounds from the fat. It's not such a great idea if you're concerned about cancer compounds. Check out Dr. Michael Greger's blog on that.

This looks great. Very similar to traditional stack cake but very different at the same time. I’m almost 74 now and have been eating and making apple stack cake most of my life. Our stack cakes are essentially homemade apple butter between layers of shortening bread. The cake layers are very thin, usually about 1/4” thickness and more like a cookie. Usually have 12-14 layers in the cake. It’s a delicious cake but takes so much time to make and then let it sit for two days to soak in the apple butter into the cake. Yours looks much easier to make and moist to start with. I was planning to make a stack cake this year for Christmas my traditional way, but I’m going to make one of yours also this year. I am noticing one issue that in the video you say bake it for 90 minutes then for another 15 with the lid off. In the printed recipe it says bake for 20 minutes and then 15 minutes. Will you respond and let me know which one is correct? Thank you

One other thing I noticed is that your recipe says two quarters of a teaspoon of yeast but in the printed recipe it says 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of yeast

@@chuckymcdeel9869 Yes, it's a great recipe, but, the author of the video needs to proof her own video before this is uploaded for general consumption. I'd use 1 teaspoon of dry active yeast and try the first loaf. Bread has many discriminating factors for rising such as coarseness of flour, water temperature, kind of yeast and age of yeast.

Just a tip to reduce the risk of burning yourself: Flip the dough out of the proofing basket onto a LARGER parchment paper than you are using in the video. Then pick up the corners and place it in the preheated Dutch oven. Put the lid on allowing the corners of the parchment to stick out. After baking, you can lift the loaf out by the corners of the parchment.

I did not see what temperature you bake this on but I am baking it on 350 degrees.

Oh I'm sorry you missed it. We did mention it on the 3 minute mark actually. The temperature is 375F.

I made the buns... except I used half bread flour....very delicious and beautiful! Terrific recipe! Thanks so very much!! It's a beautiful gourmet vegan bun.....and tastes so good!!
