Rumours circulated about john cena had to declined the offer to be casted on this movie because they didn't changed the sequel title: NOW YOU DON'T

Yeah, there was some far fetched stuff in this movie, but I was very entertained so I kinda don’t care. Bring on the next sequel, please!

So the way I see thiss film and many others like it is we are viewing these people basically to an extent from the perspective of what the people around them in their world are seeing it and how they are seeing it. I feel movies can be remade like stories being retold from logical, whimsical, or emotional perspectives of either the characters you follow in the story or the perspective of how the world is seeing things unfold. I think the best example I can give is the visible air in cartoons like the last Airbender or any show that has visible air that isnt dust. This is simply showing us the perspective of the universe as we watch things unfold. This is a hard concept for me to put into words but hopefully someone understands what I am trying to say here 🤣

The real crime for me of the grilled cheese scene is he has a bottle of champagne with freaking grilled cheese and freaking fries.... of course... if you calculate in the bottle of champagne and base it off of Dom Pérignon P3 Plénitude Brut with averages at about $4800 a bottle the time spent on the meal does become a bit more feasible...

If you actually were in an infinite multiverse, and each day you were transported to another reality on the same day where the only thing that was different was the arrangement of dust particles on your nerd shelf... I didn't have an answer, but that's a mind fuck, huh?

These movies could have actually been good and iconic if they had taken more time to make things believable, or if they had just ACTUALLY BEEN FULL BLOWN WIZARDS. Instead the movie audience is constantly gaslit by set ups (the pledge) that appear reasonable, only for the reveals (the prestige) to be huge CGI cop-outs that leave you with an empty feeling because it's not authentic in the slightest. These movies treat you like you're an idiot, and I always feel dumb watching them. They should have consulted real magicians, and then make an amalgamation of all of these real life magicians dreams come true.

I'm pretty obsessed with the prisoner. I've gone out cosplaying number 2. Since there was a different one in every episode, I get to be my own version of number two. So I just incorporate the umbrella (rainbow shooting stick umbrella, just like in the show) and the jacket and scarf and turtleneck and badge and all that and then I just do my own thing. I've had a few people get really excited when they recognize who I am. Number six is the obvious cosplay, but I think it's a lot more fun to be number two. So what is your alien stoner dude look all kawaii on the cover of that one calendar? I'm only 32 minutes in as I'm writing this comment. I'll probably pause a few times and take a while to watch the video of the whole way through because I'm supposed to be working from home right now.

I don't think I've even heard of most of these. My knowledge of romantic comedies is mainly Sleepless in Seattle, which my mom had on VHS when I was a kid, and I totally bought into because I wasn't familiar with any of the tropes. Similarly, there's a few books I read as a kid that I thought were really amazing, but when I went back and read them as an adult, I realized that they were just heaps of cliches that I was unfamiliar with. I do have a bit of a crush on Lacey Chabert (after seeing her in Lost in Space), and I've tried to watch Hallmark movies just to get some Lacey Chabert time, but I can barely watch them.
