I wish I could be as strong as you regarding forgiveness. I have recently completed 22 psychology appointments by phone and In general they helped but I also had to revisit my childhood and address something I had supressed for decades which led to other bad memories being recalled. My dad beat me physically for 9 years and destroyed my Mum mentally. I feel sadness and anger for a dad who hated his own son, regret too that I wasn't good enough All these years he still gets into my head...so for me forgiveness would be a bridge too far. U

Please please please Poppy keep focused on going forward with your positive energy! You’re helping so many! My wife is also burdened by similar childhood duress from her mother - it’s painful. And it’s painful hearing Gary’s story … forgiveness opens the way.

What a fun conversation! I could talk with Gary for hours on end! Mindset is what allows to grow - in business, in life, in relationships. Listen in as Gary and I chat about how we have used mindset shifts to knock out our goals!
