Part of that I think it’s good, but I would avoid using that mindset as a way of shutting yourself away from the world, been there and long term doesn’t help. Cut the people that aren’t fit for your life but seek out the good ones. Thank you tho, I try to keep it the same as I would speak to a friend. Hope you’re doing great mate, had been a while since I seen your comment

Just so you know you appeared on my home page and I clicked because the title was very interesting. I have no idea what monk mode is and that’s what drew me in. Your intro was a bit long and you never explained what the ‘challenge’ was(monk mode). I stuck around because of your authenticity - I am also trying to grow my channel so it’s nice to hear you touch on that. Like you said I’m also interested in adding a more cinematic feel to my videos. I hope you succeed man! You got that whole ‘talk to a viewer like a friend’ thing down. Your setup is nice too.

If you want to know about what monk mode is about you can watch the first episode of this series, I’ve got a playlist on my channel. But perhaps it might be worth it to bring it up in the next videos, appreciate the comment mate. Wish you all the best Much love

Hey chris you mentioned you met a guy while running and ended up having a conversation with him how do you strike a friendly conversation like that I try and over think it to the point I avoid all interactions that aren't easy for me I have friends but I struggle with new people Love you videos big man
@DotChris75 күн бұрын
Well, it’s just about being impulsive and not overthinking it. When running I feel it’s much easier as you’re doing something in common, running side to side or high five people coming your way. It’s something that gets “easier” the more you do it, I’m still not great but I try to be abit more social. (also, if they don’t have a vagina it’s much easier 🤣) It’s all about the story you tell yourself regardless of sex. If you need that interaction to have an end goal before it even started you’re adding pressure on yourself for no good reason, just start asking a question to people, and leave it at that. Sometimes you get something more to go off, other times It ends at that.

@DotChris77 күн бұрын
@ if you’re just getting started, I’m not saying this is the best advice but it’s what I did. Just eat. ALOT, whatever you find don’t even worry about getting chubby ish. Do a year of bulk in the first year or 2, then start to diet down a little when you feel it’s too much, and repeat

Comforting because its exactly me. Noone owes me nothing, and certainly i dont deserve much of what i have considering how little i invest in myself. Looking at it like that, i got way more than i could actually even ask for, yet i complain. Crazy how entitlement can drive you down even if you are quite high up. Noone truly owes you anything in this world, and if you aint gonna do things for urself, good luck being a puppet to others.

Thank you for making this.I've recently started running and it's hard But I like that it's hard because I know by doing it I'm improving myself and honestly after a certain point it's actually kinda gets easier because I don't really pay attention to how I feel anymore it honestly is really discouraging when my family just puts me down for everything I try and do my mother said I do absolutely nothing there was a time I did nothing but that was years ago I feel like no matter how good I am or what I try to accomplish I'm always put down by everyone but I realized that I'm trying to be better for other people and trying to please people that don't care and instead I should do it for myself i honestly feel happier this way and I don't feel pressured to be someone that I'm not i can set realistic and obtainable goals like this without being overwhelmed I hope you take care and thanks for reading
@DotChris79 күн бұрын
I think when it comes to family it’s a matter of showing them overtime that you really have changed through actions, had been there myself you know? Sometimes they will say things that go against what we stand for, but honestly if you can prove to them that you have an idea of what you’re doing and you’re going in a new direction and you’re determined, overtime they’ll come along, and if they don’t, fuck it. Life goes on.
