Thanks for the detailed walkthrough! This will be helpful as I build my upcycled window greenhouse this Spring. Oh, and you might want to try using a manure fork to move that mulch... I move a LOT of wood chips, and I find that using the right fork is half the effort vs a shovel. Specifically, get one of the manure forks with 12 - 18 tines.

It's looks like you cut or cracked the spine bone to lay the hog flat is that so?.

You can also flip the prong collarand add another so it protects them from neck bites instead of getting a anti-wolf collar !

Yep. Not one animal touches grass in my backyard anymore. Even the squirrels passing along the electric telephone pole wires get warned lol.

Looks perfect! We have about ~25 old singlepane windows in our hands and are looking to build a similar single-pitch greenhouse like this (also in Georgia!). Anything you'd do differently now that it's 4 years on? Are you able to use it in the warmer months or is it just an oven in the GA summers?

Our Lil goats are awesome. They are a Lil trouble. You want trouble. Get, mini jersey steers. Lord they are worse than goats. Of course we spoil ours. But we love them.

I agree about great Pyrenees, they are great dogs. We only have a few sheep so our female comes in the house a lot, for short times. Barking and shedding are a big pain, they will let you know every time a squirrel farts, or a leaf falls from a tree, LOL. When ever she is in the house she guards me, subtly. I just found your channel and clicked because of the dog. We live in a wooded area, on a slope so the fence is an issue, my husband put in about a 5 foot fence, he used the trees a lot in the fence, for gaps due to the slope he uses fallen logs and big rocks to fill in the gaps.

Hello, I'm a new subscriber who just opted for early retirement and intending to live in a sustainable solo farm or homestead. I will be raising free range chickens, possibly pigs, but I found your channel, because I'm extremely interested in Nigerian goats for that sweet and creamy milk. I don't like the taste of store bought goat milk due to that "goaty" taste. If I leave the U.S. for the tropics such as Asia, is it feasible to grow good feed for the Nigerian goats to produce that good tasting milk? I heard you mentioned in your other videos that you're feeding your goats Coastal and Ryegrass.
