I remember an animation error where Hotshot was confronting Wheeljack (Rampage). Hotshot had his Autobot symbol be the Decepticon symbol and he was egging Wheeljack on to offline him. When I was younger I did not see this as an animation error but as a part of the narrative. Me being a fan of Star Wars, I saw it as Hotshot giving into the “dark side” and offline Wheeljack, starting Hotshot down a dark path. Now I see it as just an animation error of course.

Hey all I know you go down the comments and not watch the full video. Please be kind to one another in my comments thank you. Also read this entire thing ok as this is important. I might have skimmed a lot on Hot Shot's character a lot as I do want to have main story beats. If I did that you won't be watching the show and how much fun you will have with it. Like I skimmed over a lot on Blur, Skyfire and Scavenger relationship with Hot Shot as they just deserve their own video. Those three have really shorter videos as their character development is pretty short even in their central episodes besides Skyfire because he still appears more and his character has changed in Energon/superlink. While Blur and Scavenger are only in Armada as they never appeared back for Superlink and Galaxy Force. I did went off script a bit but it is the scavenger being the GOAT of Armada show. Also adding more from the Starscream video and his relationship. Also missed the part of they Megatron was watching Ramage in episode 32 as it is going to be in his analysis video as I slotted his analysis video for Christmas as it is a fall/winter project alongside with Thrust. Also I go sick during July and this video had to go through like 3 re-writes and almost 4 added audio changes and deletions because I just it didn't flowed well with the script. However it is here now and with so much developmental hell later it is here. It is not the greatest video ever but I want you all to give both versions of the show a try. As my thoughts won't be enough to feed but it is enough to put interest new fans getting into the show. The show isn't for everyone but hopefully you watch this show on your own pace as me this show was on a daily or weekly timeslot. Do not binge this show it isn't worth the effort except for era 3 and era 4 of episodes because the last 20 episodes is at the point of the show that you're locked in and watch up the the finale. I hope you all doing alright as the next video is Kamen Rider Decade: the loneliest Kamen Rider character analysis as that upload series is a celebration for my 10 years with this channel on August 26. If you are waiting on my review on Energon/Superlink that goes into the Superlink analysis Optimus Prime. That would either come in on the end of August or the beginning of September as I have already on a community post what is coming first in my 10 year anniversary. bruh why do people blame Hot Rod? Optimus had the chance to kill Megatron yet he didn't attack for several seconds allowing Megatron to get the blaster like 9 seconds idk

I call the series the armada trilogy cause it rolls off the tongue a lot better than unicron trilogy. Plus unicron is barely a part of it. If you’re gonna call it something that happens the same in every season, it should be called the “megatron becomes galvatron for no reason and nothing changes because of that” trilogy.

Hot rod is my favourite character and the g1 movie was the first thing I ever saw of transformers when I was like 2 on dvd in 2008 so he’s been my favourite for a while and seeing him get hate for something he didn’t do was heartbreaking

It didn't help that he is the third generation of g1 transformers. He also gets blamed for killing prime. The kids rejected him. Because, He feels like he is a replacement for optimus. He is not a horrible character but, it is more hasbro's fault for how he is hated.

Fun fact: Transformers Prime (TFP) and rescue Bots (RB) take place not only in the same universe (or timeline) but also at the same time. Heatwave even mentions Starscream. RB actually takes place (at the very least) mid TFP to Post TFP, that is after TFP ended.

Prime Starscream is such a threatening and funny charater. Like, I can laugh at some of his antics, then also be terrified of his power. Like his whole relationship with Knockout is just pure gold. Especially the episode where they accidentally made a Cybertronian version of a zombie vampier.

My personal favorite Starscream is the Armada version my personally find Prime Starscream way too cowardly and pathetic.

Hey you all probably went to the comments and not my description and didn't read through. So I'll do it here... This a shitpost meant to slot in before I post bigger projects later. Yes Hot Shot from Armada and Grand Convoy full depth analysis videos are my large summer projects this year as Armada Convoy was my large spring project. Hot Shot's is almost done on its recording phase and now in its editing phase. I have Grand Convoy from Energon/superlink script 1/4 done. By making smaller projects it grants me the time to slot in smaller less edited videos on this channel. I hope you understand that I am only one person doing this who wants to do this for fun and eventually meeting new people and channel who could one day I can collab with. However right now I am very nervous all the time and prefer to keep things to myself. I want to make great videos for the things that I love the most and I want to share it. That is sometimes a lot of people need to understand and I have set my boundaries on. Nevertheless feedback is important to improve my videos first and not my set up. You are all amazing and I hope to make more videos in my new era of editing videos. Also if you follow me from instagram things are still gonna be the same as I enjoy editing my style on instagram and the amount of videos that I make won't affect my projects. You should 100% give Superlink a watch, Energon’s dub is a NIGHTMARE. But the sub is genuinely phenomenal. Easily the most slept on Transformers show of all time. It’s an absolute banger.

Your take on Nemesis Prime and how he’s a physical embodiment of Convoy’s other half is very fascinating. To me I’ve always thought of Nemesis in a literal lore sense, being a herald of unicron that has been ripped from an alternate reality and used as a puppet by sideways, not what he represents metaphorically. I think it’s a cool take. I never really linked Convoys final battle colors to him either. I always assumed the colors he adopts at the end were an embodiment of his self realization. He finally accepted himself for he was. Those were his true colors. Then after finally accepting that part of his self, he returns to his original colors at the end. Having beaten his own inner demons.

Best Transformers show, best version of Optimus. Great video :) always makes me happy seeing the UT get some love.

I’m excited the prospect of a Transformers origins story where Optimus and Megatron go on a great adventure together that ends up with both of them, saving cybertron but by the very end it ends in tragedy, making re-watching the movie gut wrenching but I’m sure it’s not gonna be that deep. Also, the fact that they’re both on the lower classes on society, but end up with two completely different viewpoints as a result of their abuse by the higher classes makes me excited for the storytelling possibilities.

I have the Shout Factory DvDs of Armada, and they still use unfinished animation. For instance, I distinctly remember Optimus combining with Jetfire one shot, only to have his trailer-legs the next.

Also love Optimus and the red eyes colour scheme. I am surprised no one hasn’t talk about it more because how he changed his colours was from the wave of energy produced by unicron when he got released. I will immediately buy that version of optimus’ colours if they ever do a package refresh or I can just customized it myself if needed.
