As stated in the video description there is no court order on the property. The only thing going on was someone wearing a costume with a velcro temu badge turning up at the wrong house in the wrong town miles away.

If an Agent is unable to operate a satnav and ends up at the wrong address in the wrong town miles away perhaps that Agent is in the wrong job... ? The prescribed Form 53 gives specific authority only, not authority to turn up at any address the Agent wishes while on a frolic of his own.

The guy is doing his job at the wrong house in the wrong town miles away looking for the wrong person with zero authority of the court. If it is that hard to put the correct address into the satnav then perhaps this is the wrong job for the guy. The context was explained in the video description.

Hi Angela, This pudding is not over sweet which is a plus point for some. Initially when making the expectation is that it will just come out crumbs but it does bind together well ( make sure you press it in the tin good ) hence the 'concrete' title. Kids were not bothered about the custard and just ate the slices. Re the custard it would be just as good with some devon/supermarket own custard. Why prove who you are when the Agent is at the wrong house in the wrong town miles away? The guy should have been doing his job at the correct house, if he is unable to use his satnav then Halfords is the best place to assist...

No court paperwork because the Writ enforcement address is in another town. The Agent stated this matter was relating to credit at _this_ address. Matters pertaining to credit agreements cannot be enforced by the High Court. The condition of the well worn uniform, velcro Temu badges, zero authority of the court to be at the address. Plenty didn't add up hence there was no way we were showing this individual any ID.

The claims of credit at the address were as you identified - waffle. The Form 53 Writ was for another address in another town miles away. This Agent was on a frolic of his own.

Until the Agent learns how to use his satnav the chances of him ever enforcing anything are reduced and the chances of a claim being made against the Agent via Form EAC2 are increased. Turning up at the wrong house in the wrong town miles away awards the Agent zero authority of the High Court.

@ShaneAndLisa But you weren't telling him who you were to confirm that he had the wrong person from the video I didn't hear anything about the wrong address because you blurred it out so I can't comment on you saying that he deffo had the wrong address All I can make sense of is that the bailiff had a writ, and you argued with him about him not needing to know who you were to confirm anything To you, it all makes sense, and you are completely innocent, but from the video, all I see is a bailiff coming to your house and asking for your name in which you refused to give leading the bailiff to think that you are who he is looking for Wrong house wrong person all could have been as I explained easily sorted out by you giving him your name

The video description details the context. Blurred addresses; naturally it was the correct thing to do as otherwise we would be as bad as the Agent disclosing third party details. Had the Agent been at the correct address the video would show a clamp being put on the vehicle as the Agent would have the authority of the courts. Our position is not to hand hold the Agent and provide feedback, that is the job of his line management. Confirming who we were when he is at the wrong address miles away is going to provide zero assistance to anyone including those who may be at the centre of any alleged claim. When a stranger arrives at a house with a velcro badge stuck on a costume holding paperwork that does not back up their 'story' questions over that individuals conduct ought to be the order of the day.

@ShaneAndLisa I get that, but he had shown you his credentials I saw nothing about being at the wrong address, but a simple dvla check from him before knocking on your door would have confirmed that you aren't the person who he wants to speak too which means that he realises that he's at the wrong address and goes to the correct address I loved watching. Can pay we'll take it away From that, I understand his point that many people will refuse to give their name as too, not incriminate themselves or give them a false name when it turns out to be the person that they are looking for All I'm saying is that from the video, I got you refusing to give him your name and nothing about the wrong person or wrong address This is what my point was As you stated, the wrong person wrong address, so it's all sorted. We have mentioned in the comments before watching the video back ourselves was like a training video and from that things are evident that we could say differently in the event the same happened again. Some comments, for example yours highlight a different perspective and it is good to reflect on these too. By way of adding to the discussion; Credentials - He did show something bearing printed text, photo, some kind of stamp and expiry date. To describe what was produced and referred to as 'Crown Copyright' by the Agent - imagine visiting say, a large factory in the late '80s/early '90s and you'd have been given a visitor badge made by the admin clerk, printed off on Quark Xpress and stuffed in a one pass rexel laminating pouch. Fast forward to 2024 and what was produced as credentials was akin to a scene from 'The Real Hustle' with Paul setting the 'marks' up. The next key moment was the production of the Form 53 Writ. 10pt text, viewed at an angle, from two to three metres away, flashed for a few seconds, chances of taking in the required information on a document the average person has never seen before - low to zero. The power of digital zoom on a freeze frame reveals, the incorrect address... and the exact location to look in the event the same situation were to arise again. Had that important detail been clear at the time the interaction could have been closed down in less than a couple of minutes. Other points exist and we may stick on a video to discuss in the future. A very valid comment. Some viewers want to see ready meals, some cooking, some Too Good To Go, some hauls. There is no one video fits all and we understand that. Statistically the viewing figures show more watches on microwave meals than when we take the time to plan and cook something which takes more time and energy. The analytics would point us towards the audience generally being happier with one button meals. The other conclusion from the YT analytics are that our 'cooking videos' are rubbish which may be the case. As a discussion pointed on marketing, if any reference to meat or 'inspired' was removed and call these something unique - 'Crunchy Zatings' ( made up before anyone reaches for the urban dictionary ). Would the shopper think ahhh never heard of that let's try it... now on the plate without ever trying a Zating before there would be no assumptions and _maybe_ more would try.
