I just realized.. something very fucking bizarre.. everything kaldor has ever said actually makes sense in this series.. however.. they are displaced in time. I think kaldor experiences time differently to the rest of us. Tangerine is the star.. so he is supposed to get into a fight at some point where he spits it out.. poor boy could be referring to the little kid trapped in the torture chambers in commorah.. we saw it in the shorts once.. he is speaking and reacting to events before they happen...
