Definitely ur not unreasonable.... N yeah actually wat happens is ....when ur transmen..it feels like ...you should have your own baby .there should be DNA of you both in you baby....not anyone else's .....like a donor. Bcuz its can be quiet difficult to accept that child where there's only her n another men's DNA in your child. Not yours n her. N all that donor's qualities...that too matters !..n yeaah...its really baddest fact that a transmen cannot have his own sperm.😔

Funny things like that happen to me at school all the time. Like one time in a biologie class a girl asked me if I was circumcise... I was like "hummm... no." Or I had to try really hard not to smile when a girl started explaining to me what PSM syndrom felt like.

Next time tell him "You're not really GAY" and see how it likes that! I HATE gay ppl who hate on trans ppl and say transgenderism isn't real. There's NO evidence that says homosexuality is real either and that ppl are REALLY gay. One could argue from a biological stand point, if you're MALE, you are geared to be attracted to FEMALES, period! And if you claim to be gay, you're either lying, confused or just screwed up in the head. That's what many ppl think about gay ppl anyway still. So yeah they have a lot of room to talk about us.

I think I know what your talking about, where they throw around 5000000$ words, correct your typos and grammar, and try to explain intellectually why you're not really a woman or a man, and the subject of DNA will usually come up a hundred times and the "If one feels like a tree, does that make one one." It's hate non the less.

Hey Zack. I know you made this video forever ago, but I hope you see this. You talk about how at one point, your ideal body was androgynous, but at this point your body is pretty clearly masculine, and you seem to prefer it that way. When did what you wanted from your body change?

I disagree heavily. It may be frustrating to have to encounter such a person, and then find out that they disagree with such a large aspect of your life, but there's not much to be done about it, that's why you fight the good fight and try to convince people. As far as him using a well reasoned approach, that's the option that's best for you, because reasoning can be refuted. Arguments can be evaluated, individual assumptions invalidated by evidence, and the overall argument collapsed. Consider the alternative, he just says that transgender people don't exist because that's just what he believes. This argument can never be defeated by logic, and you may never be able to convince a person who believes this to change. It's like creationism: I assume that transgender people don't exist, therefore they don't. This doesn't match up to reality of course, but it's what they use nonetheless. You just have to train yourself in the art of debating and using evidence to dispel quackery. I'd recommend thunderf00t's channel, if you don't watch it already. Try the thorium powered car: a crazy claim backed up by "evidence" that doesn't hold up to skepticism upon closer inspection. It's the same as that professor's argument. Finally, not every argument can be defeated by one person. Regrettably, he was trying to light the powder keg with this issue as far as your emotions are concerned, but it would have been the same if he said that electrons didn't exist, and proceeded to throw technical jargon at you. You may want to pay close attention to what he says, research the topics involved, and prepare a refutation for the future. Even a normal person can justify the existence of electrons with help from particle physicists.

I have the same problem with my dad who is saying that ALL the time. He says "If you want to be a guy you have to be able to lift this!" even if I wasn't physically strong enough. He also would say these really weird things like "To be a man you have to :insert gross disturbing action here:" I don't have that issue with anyone else because all of the other guys I know; most of them don't know my situation and they probably have no clue that I was ever "xyz." Although my sister says "OMG I am such a guy compared to you! Because I like to go hunting and fishing and you don't!" I always facepalm when my sister says that because it is very ignorant and stupid considering not all men like doing that kind of crap. She is always saying "How can you REALLY be a guy if you don't like this stuff? It doesn't make any sense to me." She thinks gender has to do with what a person likes and I've tried explaining how wrong and stupid that is but... Ignorance is bliss I guess.. (Shes also highly religious and thinks that trans people can be CURED by living as the sex they were born if they force themselves to.)

You pass as a guy to me all the way! If you didn't say you were trans in this video, I would have zero clue you were physically a woman. Not only that, but your a very attractive male. It must be so hard being trans I really empathize with you! I hope your journey through life is as beautiful as you are and I think what your doing here, helping those who aren't trans to understand is just amazing and I applaud you for it. Your brave beyond words! I'm a gay male and I think I have it easy compared to my trans brothers and sisters. I hope for a world where we all help each other along! Peace!

you should have started a discussion with him about it. tell him what you think and ask him to explain what he beliefs even more. it's easy to be intimidated and misunderstand someones views or beliefs. it would make you feel better and it would also help him to understand his own beliefs better.

the only reason i could think that the orgasm thing could be physically true(as opposed to psychologically)is if the doctor is uneducated about the anatomy of the clit and internally sliced into it.i know that sounds horrifying, sorry, but most people don't understand the entire anatomy of the clit.check out sophia wallace's work on cliteracy.not trying to make this a scare tactic by any means.i think the risk is low but it's my understanding that it does happen(dont know w/what type ofsurgeries)

You got me thinking by asking if anything feels different. The 1st thing that popped into my head was that there is no longer a hope I can latch on to telling me if/when i get a hysto maybe i'll see x,y,z changes with my body. that said, it could have very well sped-up fat redistribution and/or body/facial hair growth. but i have no way of knowing seeing as i got the surgery when i was only 8 months on T.

I relate to all of this so much. I'm over a year post op and the infertility issue still weighs heavy on me sometimes. I feel very similar to you about it logically probably wouldn't have been an option anyway, and also about the dependence on T.... how I plan on being on it for life anyway but there's an added dependence once your ovaries are gone. I'm still processing it all but I never regret having had the hysto. For me the recovery was speedy and the issues i had before (pelvic pain) r gone

That's good to hear. I'd heard from someone that their orgasms weren't as good after getting a hysto, which I thought was a strange side effect. I wonder how much is in people's heads?

It's a side effect of testosterone. My doctor's initial response was to lower my dose and tell me to take a daily aspirin. Lowering my dose apparently didn't work well enough in my case, so my doctor is trying to figure out what is wrong.

I use the packets. I want to switch to the pump, though, for that very reason. I guess my doctor didn't want to switch me to the pump this visit because I still have a months worth of packets lying around and a script for several more boxes of the packets. I'm going to ask her about it when I see her next (which shouldn't be too long, since I have to get my blood work done again because of the issues I had).

I suspect you must me on the packets as opposed to the pump? Can you switch - the pump makes dosing a bit easier - particularly if you need to lower it.
