@@Jay1023_GD /structure does not, so you’ll have to find a different way to summon rush or the rushnode armor stands, but the rest should be fine as long as you put spaces between the ~ and ^ (and replace any instance of “planks 1” with “spruce_planks)

so there's no point in replacing it because I'm not good at it so I'll never find other ways and it took me 1 hour to do that 1 hour in the trash 😓

@@Jay1023_GD if you don’t want to look up how to summon an armor stand with a tag and other stuff you can summon them with names as a main part of the /summon command (just type the name with quotation marks around it after the coordinates) and then run the commands “/tag @e[name=“<name>”] add <tag>” with one for the nodes and one for rush itself and “/item replace @e[tag=rush] armor.head 0 wither_skeleton_skull” I’m not the most well versed in Java commands so you may have to look up /item to figure out the correct syntax

Does rush kill you even when you’re in a closet, or does rush not kill you at all? If rush is still killing you while you’re in a closet, there is a problem with the command that gives you the hiding tag. Check the command that gives the hiding tag for closets to make sure it’s working, optimally turn on previous output to make sure it tells you the error it’s receiving. If rush isn’t killing you at all, there’s a problem with the killing command. Make sure you’re not on peaceful difficulty, and make sure you’ve specified the tags correctly. Also make sure that you properly applied the rush tag (using /tag, not a nametag) to rush and make sure there’s an exclamation point in front of the hiding tag when you type “tag=!hiding”

Assuming you’re talking about your previous comment, you can’t be in peaceful mode and you should make sure the selectors are as they are in the video. The command to make rush disappear is “/kill @e[tag=rush,dy=4]” placed in a repeating, always active command block under the floor of the door it’s meant to disappear when going through.

The /damage command is what I used to have rush kill you. You can watch the video to learn how to make the other things too.

I plan on refining the current commands and in both the refined version and the current one it would honestly be better to just do a tutorial video on it, since only then could I really explain it properly

@@Corruptick I figured it out, and I’m sorry to say this to the command God, but I think this was flawed. You had to put the command “@e[Name=Rush], not @e[Tag=Rush]

@@RatioVR No, tag=rush is correct. If it didn’t work, you must not’ve applied the tag correctly. “tag=“ does not check for the nametag of an entity, it checks for a special kind of “tag” which is applied using the /tag command.

@@Corruptick yes, I tried that, it’s probably just because I’m not that good at commands, but the “name=Rush” is kind of more easy

It’s not really golden, it just has a yellow light shone on it. In Minecraft though, not only is there no golden doors but there’s no colored lighting either, so I can’t really ‘fix’ it.

I was probably referring to “tag=rush” and “tag=rushnode” when saying “or the last two things” as any entity with the same tag as those would conflict with the command. Basically, for the “node” entity, don’t use either the tags “rush” or “rushnode” to refer to the tag given when rush passes the node.

All you really need to do is copy down the commands from the video if rush is all you’re looking for. My commentary is really just my best attempt at explaining the commands to help my viewers get better at them.

I actually do have a tutorial for Rush, and ambush is pretty similar, though I haven’t made a proper tutorial for the rebounding mechanic.
