@@mariacatherinedarang4472 either way po, kung di ka nman nagmamadali magrenew pwede mo nlng antayin, pero kung need mo na tlga pwede ikaw n mag initiate, just follow ung ginawa ko sa video

@@SimplyKathy11 Thank you ma'am Kath. Ma'am other issue naman po, I'm not sure if you could help me. I'm trying to create po kasi CGFNS account but when I submit po may infrom it's giving me an error message " You are unable to create account a CGFNS account at this time. The information that you are providing as part of your user registration matches that of existing CGFNS user" but as far as I remember hndi pa po ako gumagawa ng CGFNS account. And when I tried to put nga po may email on their contact us page its even saying na my email address is not currently registered with CGFNS and I only have 1 email address. Baka may alam po kayong way to resolve this issue po. Your help is greatly appreciated po. Thank you so much.

Hello ma’am. What do I do with my first name when registering because it only allows up to 15 letters. My first name exceeds that. Im scared to register with a lacking name because it states there that the ID that you will present needs to be the same with the registered name in the pearsonvue account. Hoping for a response!
