Did you need to cut the backside open to fit the rotolight through? I ordered the 80x80, but the hole from the backside is 10-12cm.

Yes need cut it to fit. Do it bit by bit so don’t cut to much out only need enough to get to controls as you put it in from the front.

Is the 23cm X 23cm good enough or should I get an 80cm X 80cm for the NEO II?

I would say the 80x80 would give you more options as can spend the light. Is best to have both as not that expensive if shop around.

I bought the Rotolight Neo but was told it doesn't work with my sony a7iii - I got the GODOX XPRO-S 2.4GHZ TRANSMITT which is great with my godox lights..but how did you get this working with your sony camera? thxs

Did that one NEO2 produce enough light for the images you envisioned?

Yes it does have to be close outside. Works better when indoors and very low light. But does light up the subject nice outdoors too. As much more powerful than the mark 1 does a good job in a small package.

To widzę, że jednak nie bardzo się orientujesz czym jest IQ. Otóż IQ nie jest jednostką inteligencji taką jak km, kg, czy cm, jest tylko zwykłym wynikiem danego/aktualnego testu (a jest ich niemało) służącym do porównania innych osób uczestniczącym w tym samym teście. Można ułożyć test gdzie wynik IQ wynoszący 50 będzie świadczył o wysokim ilorazie i taki gdzie IQ 150 będzie słabym wynikiem.

How the power of Neo II as strobe compares to Godox AD200?

Carlos Rosa I would say the AD200 might be a little stronger. But I was looking at the AD200 before Neo 2 came out. But went with the Neo 2 as got overall better features with flash and LED mode. Which I love can control the light much better then flash alone. A little small too so easy to carry around. 😀

That's exactly what I thinking. I want to get the Neo II for me, since it's a strong strobe and I can use as continuous light making it more versatile and it does looks better, well, at least for me.

mrz 1342 I do have the AD360II so can do a compare on that and Rotolight Neo 2. But can say now the AD360II be more powerful the Rotolight Neo 2 is a great portable light that does flash now as well. But I think in LED mode now 85% brighter is a lot more useful. 👍🏽
