Letztes Jahr gekauft, lief eine weile und jetzt schon seit Monaten nicht mehr. Keine Verbindung, weder Wlan noch zur App oder Alexa. Ich habe schon alles versucht aber völlig vergebens. App gelöscht und neu heruntergeladen, Das Wlan gewechselt auf 2,4Ghz und um ein Update wird sich auch nicht gekümmert. Alles im allem der reinste Müll. Auf kurz, Elektroschrott. Kauft euch nicht diesen Müll wenn ihr keine Probleme haben wollt. Und einen Support gibt es auch nicht der euch helfen könnte.

I have one of these RopVacNic Robot Vacuum Cleaner G90 from Amazon... all 5 stars (probably fake reviews). We let it run around the kitchen and did not clean anything. Filter was crystal clear. Just sprayed water all over the place and make the dirt spread around. The central sucking up area just did not work... Give it zero stars of 5. It was quiet though. The Rumba ball tracking just pops out.. but in this knockoff, the ball tracker is stuck in there. Yes, the pad is dirty but I could just drag it accross the wet floor. Complete waist of $180. Zero stars of 5 (did not show us the tank.. mine was still clean.. should be dirty. We had an old Floor iRobot Scuba floor type (8 years ago) and the tank would get just gross dirt and often take 2 exchanges to get floor clear. It was only for floors. It worked well for a long long time.

Why is my lulu not working? says its in do not disturb mode but that shouldn't stop it doing the vaccuming during the day surely? Ive only used it 6 times and nothing in the FAQ gives me any idea of why and I didn't doing anything different from the last time I set it to start... very frustrating.

Went through the steps so fast. Not customer friendly at all.

My robot stopped working after just a couple of months. It keeps giving out multiple errors, even with proper cleaning and maintenance. Currently it keeps saying "error 3, please check if the driving wheel is stuck", even though there's nothing on the way and the driving wheels are completely clean. Because of the error, the robot won't leave its place. Really frustrating.

My first use of the vacuum and app was not set in a good place to start. My map is rotated 45 degrees and not efficient use of pathing as everything goes diagonal. How can I either rotate the map or totally delete the known map.
