Even when I was five, for a bit I thought there was nine. But then I learned about five dwarf planets (I am a fast learner) and went to pronounce them wrong (ALL except Pluto)

Pluto and the planet formerly known as Xena, were downgraded as a part of a conspiracy against Americans having discovered them. Or, the community was lazy and didn't want to devote all the time to research all the small planets in the kuiperbelt. Probably both.

Pluto Ceres Eris Makemake and Haumea ARE VERY CLEARLY planets. They are not Minuscule and they all are Round. The Neighborhood math ever proves this and when you take the "Closest" Kuiper belt objects they are a FULL digit place difference in Mass ALONE much less using the neighborhood Ratio used. Quaoar NO WHERE CLOSE in math as the cut off point. And IAU are basically rolling dice at this point what is and isnt a planet now. math doesn't lie but the Politicians do.

Citing Mike Brown’s experience to blindly support his opinion is just an Argument from Authority logical fallacy. Experts arn’t infallible. Newton was once the leading expert in physics and his theories were proven to be lacking by Einstein.
