Sad to hear that, I do wish brighter days for you friend. Life can be bad and good, we never know what to expect, just when you relax shit happens to hit the fan, that's just life. I don't know what your struggles are, the only thing I can say is try to get help from people around you, talk, rant, let it out, don't keep it inside, sometimes we fall under the weight and forget that there are people who can help us lift it up. Just wait until you try being a commander. You think being infantry is bad. Just wait until you have to do all of that with every squad leader chattering in your ear. Though it is extremely rewarding when you get a good team who communicates well.

I'm currently beginning to go all in with drawing, took multiple classes in high school and one in college which I did learn a lot from, but some life stuff made me just not draw in my free time and it felt more like an assignment, I recently started to get back into art with traditional and digital, and while I am still trying to get over that worry of the blank canvas and perfectionism (like what if my drawing sucks) its been pretty fun and a huge learning experience, I definitely notice that some of the stuff I learned in high school and college (along with my years of doodling) has helped

Every artist has their old pieces they're embarrassed of, lol- I certainly do. But from an outside perspective, even your older stuff is pretty good from a beginner's standpoint.
