If you looking for a lighting tech that can make your entrances "POP". Id start off by using the pars to set a wash on the ring. Your vertical light bars id mount those horizontal at 45 degrees one on each dide then addcouple moving heads. Amd you definetly need some cob blinders.

Love this wrestler Hammer! Once again though the camera is too far away from the ring to see properly and ONCE AGAIN someone (Thar?) is blocking the view!!

It was Scorpion, and he was supposed to of been cuffed on a different pole but was moved there at the last minute.

A squat to parallel then standing erect with the barbell. Good lift.
@lburdeos46413 жыл бұрын
Congrats-that is bench pressing! Weight to the chest, then pause, then lift continue lifting-without assistance to lock out! Excellent

fkn nice benching and really liking the size and shape of your calves, do you do running for them also with weights?

i saw this dude hit 465 on flat bench and ask him for some advice. Not only did he advise me he said what most strong men say. Stick to the basics and eat a lot. It meant something that he shot me something back. He would probably be a hell of a guy to train with. NO ONE CAN SAY SHIT ABOUT A GUY THAT HITS BIG NUMBERS AND SHARES HIS KNOWLEDGE WITH OTHERS.

@SUFFOCATIONFAN no need to get 'fancy'.. Bench heavy for low reps. Bench/Incline and ancillary muscle groups is all you need.. and a lot of food. I have never done a floor press, board press, or bands. Concentration and pushing yourself will get you farther. :D
@SUFFOCATIONFAN14 жыл бұрын
@stronghrp I'm trying to get my bench up to 405 as well. What are you favorite exercises to build a raw bench. Floor press, board press. I want your someone who knows what their doing to give me some input...if you wouldn't mind of course. cheers

@mjhs3609 look closely, it's 2 10's on each side, not a quarter. :) Now my 465 lb bench is spot on.

@1onlytaz go heavy for fewer reps if you want to keep increasing your bench. A strong back is important to improving chest also.

@bluethunder90 No I think what he is trying to do is powerlifting form..That you tuck your arms inward to use your lats in the exercise so you can use more weight. I know cause I've tried this before and yes you can use more weight if you do it right.
