This particular SA group uses cw & the ruleset from eu cd. There's link to the spreadsheet in the description where they put info on everything they use.

Can a support fit into this difficulty settings? Hell, can a swat make it through the end? Or are they not precise/damaging enough?

Unfortunately, I don't think support or swat can really fit into the meta on these settings. You most definitely cannot sacrifice sharpshooter slots because they, in addition to having freezes, serve as main ZT enablers. Gunslinger, on top of his extremely high dmg output, has extremely high versatility as a class so he's basically never at disadvantage in any possible scenario if you can land your shots well, which is not the case for either support or swat.
